Hi! I'm Isaac Choi
I am currently a Computer Science student at Rutgers University.
Projects
These are the projects that I have worked on in my own time: a mailing list subscriber service, a flashcard study website, and a vanilla javascript rpg style game. I plan on continuing to add new features to my works as well as work on new passion projects as time goes on.
About Me
When I first decided that I'd learn how to code, I didn't have a
clear vision in mind for what exactly I wanted to do. At first, my
interest was merely sparked because I found it satisfying to solve
simple coding algorithms/challenges. But over time, as I immersed
myself more into the subject, I became aware of the astounding
possibilities that could be achieved through coding and software
development; from creating simple web applications, to developing
cutting edge technologies, anything seemed possible. To this day, I
am excited by the sheer number of avenues available for me to
challenge myself in this field.
In this time, I've continually been honing my skills. My current
skillset includes (primarily) using Java, Javascript, React/Redux,
the MERN stack, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and many more technologies.
Using the above, I'm able to build full stack web applications from
scratch. In the coming months and years, I am plan on continuing to
learn new skillsets, work on new projects, and further challenge
myself.
As for my personal hobbies, I love playing online video games with
my friends, I love to sing, and I love to eat good food!
